Four Months!

Wow. Four months old already. We can't believe it. We had his four month check-up on Monday and here are the stats:

15 pounds (up 6 pounds from his birth weight)

26.25 inches (he's grown almost 6 inches!)

He's in the 54th percentile for weight and the 90th percentile for height... looks like he's gearing up to be tall and somewhat skinny... he has a little double chin, but no rolls of baby fat. Just long and lean and incredibly good lookin'! :) The doctor was pleased with his progress and said he looks great!

And two more for good measure...

We took this almost two weeks ago when London had just started to roll. Now he can flip himself over almost effortlessly. It's amazing how quickly babies change!

Snow Dunking

What do you do when you have about two and a half feet of snow on the deck and you can't really leave your house so you have to make up fun stuff to do? You bundle up your baby and play "snow dunk" of course!

Step One: Bundle baby

Step Two: Trudge through snow up to your knees

Step Three: Dunk the baby!

Step Four: Remove baby and repeat steps one through three.

London loved it!

And just when he was about done...

...we trudged back to the door...

... and passed him off to Daddy!

"More snow dunking?"

No... this time it's "baby airplane."

He liked that, too!

Whee!

That was fun! Can we do it again?

I'm not much of a baseball fan. OK... I hate baseball. A lot. But...

Two Months!

OK... so the difference between 1 and 2 months isn't as dramatic as between 0 and 1, but he continues to grow every day! We have his check-up with the pediatrician on Thursday and will find out just how much growing has been going on.

Winter Hat

WARNING!!!  SEVERE CUTENESS AHEAD!!!  PREPARE TO "AWWW!!!"

London got an early Christmas present the other day from our friend Lynn... an absolutely adorable handmade (not by her) fleece doggy hat!  It has eyes, a nose (you can't really see it in the pictures), and two floppy ears.  We tried it on for size and I just about died from cuteness overload!
